Find the right location for your flower vending machine

A suitable location combines relevant demand with reliable access and organised replenishment. This guide helps you assess a location for operating a machine. It is not a directory of existing flower sales points.

Who buys flowers here, and when?

Consider the occasion: a gift on the way home, a hospital visit or an addition to shopping. Observe whether people pass the intended spot and can stop there. High footfall alone does not establish flower sales.

24/7 sales require actual access

Inside a building, opening and access hours limit availability. Assess visibility, lighting, routes and space to choose products. Outdoors, consider weather, location conditions and suitable equipment in the individual plan.

Plan space and delivery together

FLORA models are 110, 190, 270 or 350 cm wide, each 60 cm deep and 243 cm high. These are external machine dimensions. Extra space for delivery, opening, use and service must be checked for the specific location. Record doors, access routes and obstacles.

Compare models and dimensions

Organise replenishment and supply

Who supplies flowers, checks stock and responds to alerts? Discuss available power and connectivity with the responsible specialists. A location description is not technical approval; exact requirements belong in later project coordination.

Your location planning checklist

Collect the following information before selecting equipment and a model. The list gathers planning questions; it does not automatically rate suitability or predict sales.

  1. Location and customers: who might buy flowers here?
  2. Access: when is the intended spot actually accessible?
  3. Visibility: where do visitors pass and stop to choose?
  4. Space: what area is available and which external model dimensions fit?
  5. Delivery and service: what doors, routes or obstacles are present?
  6. Supply: what power and connectivity options are available and need checking?
  7. Care: who supplies, replenishes, checks stock and responds to alerts?
  8. Agreements: what owner permission and other arrangements are needed?
